Method and limits

Cleanup rules stay separate and reversible

Whitespace, quotes, dashes, and line endings are different kinds of changes. Keeping them as separate controls reduces accidental rewriting. The source stays visible so you can inspect the result before copying it.

Does this rewrite or paraphrase sentences?

No. It performs deterministic formatting cleanup and does not generate new wording.

Can I preserve blank paragraphs?

Yes. Disable Limit blank lines when repeated blank lines carry meaning.
